1. Eligibility for Refunds 

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:

  • The item arrived damaged, defective, or not describe
  • The wrong item was received
  • The item was not delivered (confirmed by tracking) 
  • Proof is required (Photo or Video) for damaged, defective, or incorrect items
  • We do not accept returns. If your refund is approved, you may keep or discard the item.

2. Refunds Not Eligible If

  • You provided an incorrect shipping address 

  • The item was delivered successfully (confirmed by tracking), but you claim it wasn’t received and no proof is provided 

  • You changed your mind or no longer want the item 

3. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund, check with your bank or payment provider.

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

  • If you still have not received your refund, please contact us.

4. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or incorrect.
    If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us with your order number and proof of the issue.

Once approved:

. Replacements are shipped within 2-5 business days
